I valued her expertise even more when I became a seller. Kim minimized stress during this process, a tall order considering I was 30 weeks pregnant when we listed it for sale! She analyzed comparable properties and provided us market indices so we knew how to appropriately price our home. We lived at home while it was on the market and she candidly told us what items had to go and what could stay. The photos of our home were realistic and high-quality. She and her team hosted open houses, and she broadly advertised our home. We quickly received an offer, and she advised whether the buyer's requests were reasonable and how we should counteroffer. Once we reached mutual agreement with the buyer, she guided us through the process so we knew what to anticipate before key steps happened. Throughout the process, Kim responded promptly and thoroughly to all of our questions.

We are entertaining an out-of-state job offer, so we decided to rent for a few months while we adjust to life as a larger family. If we stay in the Seattle area and decide to buy a new home, Kim will be the only call we make.
